Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Zset Watches. We strive to provide high-quality watches and excellent customer service. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged during delivery.

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned with its original box, packaging, tags, and any included accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • You change your mind after placing the order.

  • The product has been used, worn, scratched, or damaged by the customer.

  • The item is returned without its original packaging or accessories.

  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Since we currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be issued through a mutually agreed method such as bank transfer or another suitable option.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product).

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only if:

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • The item is damaged during shipping.

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Subject to stock availability, the replacement item will be shipped after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or manufacturing defect), we will arrange or cover the return shipping cost where applicable.

If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the standard return process will apply if the product qualifies under this policy.
