Thank you for shopping with Zset Watches. We are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy before placing an order.

Shipping Locations

Zset Watches currently ships to customers across Pakistan.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sales, promotions, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Partner

We use TCS Courier to deliver all orders within Pakistan.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive shipment details or tracking information, where available.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

If your order qualifies for Free Shipping, this will also be shown during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method.

Please ensure that the correct delivery address and contact number are provided so our courier partner can complete your delivery without delays.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address or phone number is provided and the order cannot be delivered, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Zset Watches is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, the order may be returned to us.

In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please inspect the product immediately.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
